How do I choose my district for the weather?
On the weather page, type your district name or PIN code, or find it from your location. Your district is remembered on your phone, and the home page then shows its weather.
Where can I see mandi prices?
We are still working on the mandi prices page. Until then, see the weather for your district.
How do I turn weather alerts on or off?
On the My settings page, choose your district and turn alerts on. You get at most 2 regular alerts a day, plus up to 3 official weather warnings. To stop them, tap 'Turn off alerts' on the same page.
How do I install AgriVaani as an app?
On Android, open the Chrome menu (⋮) and tap 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'. On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari, then choose 'Add to Home Screen'. There is nothing separate to download.
What works without internet?
Once the app is installed, stories you have read before open without internet, and the home page shows your district's last weather update with its time. Search and fresh weather need internet.
How do I change the language?
Tap the language switch at the top of the page, or choose 'Language' in the phone menu. The home page, sections, weather, search and information pages are in English. Each story opens in the language it was written in.
What if I spot a mistake in a story?
Send the story link and the correct information to info@kisaanu.com. The full process is in our corrections policy.
Why can't I see my comment?
Every comment appears only after an editor has seen it. Please read the comment rules.
How do I get my data removed?
