अररिया में डीएपी की कमी, सरकारी दरों का मजाक, कालाबाजारी का जोर
बिहार के अररिया जिले में डीएपी (डाय-अमोनियम फॉस्फेट) की भारी कमी से किसान परेशान हैं। बुआई के मौसम में डीएपी की मांग अपने चरम पर होती है, लेकिन आपूर्ति कम होने की वजह से किसानों को इसकी पर्याप्त मात्रा नहीं मिल पा रही है। कृषि विभाग के अधिकारी भी मानते हैं कि किसानों की मांग के अनुसार डीएपी की उपलब्धता में कमी आई है। विभाग का सुझाव है कि किसान जैविक और अन्य वैकल्पिक उर्वरकों का उपयोग भी करें ताकि एक ही उर्वरक पर निर्भरता कम हो सके। लेकिन किसानों का कहना है कि वर्तमान समय में फसल की जरूरतों को देखते हुए डीएपी का विकल्प खोजना आसान नहीं है।
डीएपी का सरकारी मूल्य लगभग 1300 रुपये प्रति बोरी है, लेकिन बाजार में इसकी कीमत 1700 से 1800 रुपये तक पहुंच गई है। अररिया के किसान दिवाकर ठाकुर ने बताया कि बढ़ती कीमतों के कारण खेती की लागत काफी बढ़ गई है। अब किसान मजबूरी में ऊँची कीमत चुका कर खाद खरीदने को मजबूर हैं। दुकानदार भी इस स्थिति का फायदा उठा रहे हैं। कई बार उन्हें खरीद की रसीद भी नहीं दी जाती, जिससे शिकायत करने में दिक्कत होती है।
किसानों का कहना है कि जब वे सरकारी दर पर खाद मांगते हैं, तो विक्रेता कहते हैं कि स्टॉक खत्म हो गया है। इसके अलावा, जिन किसानों के पास जरूरी दस्तावेज नहीं होते, उन्हें खाद लेने में और भी ज्यादा परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। इस स्थिति ने किसानों की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। वे प्रशासन से सख्त कार्रवाई और सरकारी दर पर पर्याप्त मात्रा में उर्वरक उपलब्ध कराने की मांग कर रहे हैं।
